A very rare bust cent. This is the 1810 over 1809 variety with the misaligned obverse die! These were the first U.S. coins minted with the bust facing left and were only produced for seven years. 1808-1814. The prices on this overdate start at around fifty bucks for one in terrible condition. From there they jump in leaps and bounds so study it closely. A great coin that is very difficult to find other than beat up junkers. Lot 705
