This beautiful Hamilton Secometer B wristwatch dates back to 1948. Its 10k gold filled bubble-back case is in very nice condition for its age! It measures 29.5 mm across so this is a small watch compared to modern men's watches. The sterling silver dial looks great, and the 18k applied gold numerals are clean and bright.
The 18 jewel, mechanical 748 movement winds and sets very smoothly, this does not feel like a 75 year old watch! It runs strong and kept very accurate time for over 48 hours the last time it was wound.
Comes ready to wear on a new burgundy leather strap.
