This is a long discontinued 1988 Mattel MEXICAN BARBIE Dolls of the World collection DOTW 1917 Series.
BOX:
This toy comes in a U.S. issue box.
The box, as you can see, is in nice condition overall, but it has what I would consider minor flaws (please look at the many photos provided, as both the box and the toy have been extensively pictured from all sides).
As for the plastic window, windows of this size tend to be quite scratched even when they are well stored like, so please expect some to be on the safe side.
