The skier in the image is a very skinny man with spiked purple hair holding his skis.
He has a purple bandana wrapped around his right thigh wearing ski boots.
His pants are a purple and green striped with a green zip up jacket and yellow gloves.
The frame is a light purple/lilac color.
The overall image is either a cream color or it has slightly yellowed over time.
