This item was at my parents' house.
I never played with it as a Pokémon card; I only took it out of the package 2-3 times (including taking the photos this time) to look at it.
The outer packaging has scratches and wear and tear commensurate with age.

The card itself appears to be in good condition, even to the untrained eye.
Upon visual inspection, I did not see any noticeable scratches that would appear in the images.
There may be very minor scratches that are difficult to see with the naked eye.
