All wood brown frame measures 25 and 1/4 inches wide by 32 and 3/8 inches high. Watercolor is a limited edition 622/200. Signed twice bottom right. Margaret Hoybach is known for her florals, town genre, and landscapes. She graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in fine art in 1966. She currently makes her home in Charleston, South Carolina. Margaret published a book 'Colors of France', a painting pilgrimage Watercolor. This is a lovely Watercolor. Please see closeups. A small yellow spot on very top if the mat. For age I think this frame and print is in very good condition.
