I've run across some weird pieces in my day - but this one is really out there- and at the same time it is very cool. Since I can't find anything on it- you would very likely be the owner of a one-of-a-kind piece. It appears to be heavy clay but I could be wrong (could be some kind of stone). If you know what this is please message me!! It appears to be a face inside some kind of robe- possibly singing. It has circle patterns around the cape or robe and for some reason I feel this might be Scandinavian, possibly a Celtic Druid or some kind of protection against bad juju. It has a bell clacker hanging on the outside just below the face and then there is one inside as well - the ring to it is very annoying. This piece stands approximately 5 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide.
