Aleister Crowley – The 1910 - 1914 Wax Cylinder Recordings -Made in Hungary 1994 RARE

These recordings were originally made circa. 1910-1914 on Edison wax cylinders and were transferred to 78 rpm metal-based, shellac-treated acetates in the 1930's by Aleister Crowley at his own expense. Given the sources of this material (all of the original Edison cylinders have been lost and only a few of the 78's survive) the audio quality of this material should not be compared to the standards held today. Each track was digitally remastered using 20-bit transfers and every attempt has been made to achieve optimum sound quality. However, priority has been given to historical content.
