Antique 14k Solid Gold Victorian Carnelian Cameo ring. The stone is a deep rich shade carnelian (it is also closed on the back so less light travels through). Gorgeous left facing portrait profile of a lady. Beautiful dotted border with two round seed pearls, one on each side of the center stone carving. This has an Open Shank, slightly adjustable band. This antique ring was later converted into an adjustable styles in the 20th century for comfort due to originally being small size.
