Really freaking awesome is this solid brass antique colonial era soldiers riding stirrup from the early 18th century meaning it's from the early 1700s or possibly even earlier and it's got a really cool braided design engraved on it as well as the hole punch through the center on the bottom is believed to be there for drainage of moisture that may accumulate within the brass stirrup and wow look at all the tooling on the bottom of it actually it's all over it but the bottom you can really see it on there so yeah it's got all the characteristics of one being from that time period as well as the wear on it and the patina is still visible in certain spots for this little gem is just a very unique and interesting piece.. and the measurements are 9"long x 4"wide---
