A puzzle jug:
It's very old, has holes around the top & around the rims.
The sporting imbiber will try to prove his prowess to onlooking friends by figuring out which hole/spout is functional without drenching himself in the process.
If you use your left hand to hold the mug, then drink by sucking on the first hole along the rim. The "prize" for figuring it out & drinking the beverage is seeing a nude woman in the bottom.
