Antique-style Japanese Satsuma ring featuring a hand-painted porcelain button with purple and blue irises accented in gold gilt. Mounted in gilt sterling silver with Japanese kanji engraved on each side. Natural crazing typical of Satsuma ware is present. Estimated early 20th century, exact age unknown.
