This is from the Art Deco period, it is a Green lead Glass Trinket tray.
This Tray has a Lady w/ water scale etched into the bottom and as you can see in the pictures there are air bubbles in the glass also pointing to its time period.
In the third and fourth pic. One has a pearl ,one doesn't unfortunately there are 2 attached and 2 missing. But they really don't take away any of its personality . It is 2.5 inches across and stands 1 inch high very small and compact so it won't take a bunch of space but will still show off its beauty.
