Aurora ballpoint pen, Mini Optima, burgundy. The image appears quite bright, but the actual color is more subdued.
The beautiful celluloid, unique to Aurora and called Auroloide, is wonderful.
This is entirely my personal opinion, but while Italian pens sometimes have concerns about the precision of their construction depending on the individual pen, Aurora has a sense of security close to that of a Japanese-made pen, which is excellent.
It's a cute Mini Optima pen, and its vibrant color will lift your spirits just by having it. The mini size is compact, making it convenient to carry around.
