This is a magnificent Beswick Beatrix Potter "Benjamin Bunny (Shoes Out/Ears Out)" vintage figurine. It was first introduced in 1947 and retired in 1974. It's from the gold backstamp collection. It was modelled by Arthur Gredington. This incredible piece is about a brown rabbit named Benjamin who seems to be tired of wearing his shoes. He is wearing a large mint green hat with an orange and yellow ball on top and his ears are sticking out of the hat. He is also wearing a pale green jacket and blue socks. His orange shoes are in his hands which are extended outward. It was made with amazing details. The piece is part of the Beatrix Potter fantasy books. The colors are vibrant and beautiful. It measures 4" H. The underside is marked with the Beswick Beatrix Potter printed gold back stamp. Original price is $475.00. No chips or cracks. No original box or paperwork.
