brand is nb sama, quality is just okay. theres loose threads though they are on the inside of the jsk and not noticable. the blouse has more wear than the jsk, and has a spot on the back shoulder. id reccomend it for someone with a smaller bust because the top part of the jsk is very small and as someone with a bigger bust it fits weird. it has shirring in the back. only worn a few times, i didnt really like the way it fit me. includes jsk and blouse ONLY. no bows or additional accessories. size is 3xl. price includes shipping which is expensive because it will have some weight to it ! :(
