I received this dress a long time ago in this condition as a fixer upper, but never went about fixing it. The elastic on the sleeves is stretched out and needs to be replaced. The back shirring seems fine to me. There’s also small faint stains on the bodice of the dress shown in photo 3, it is hard to see. Very wrinkly from storage. Has potential to be put back in good condition if you put the time in. No rips or tears and all lace seems white. Price reflects condition and is negotiable.
