This is the coolest toy I have found in years. Found in a old shed. This is a Buddy L Toy Concrete Mixer, I think it from the 1930s not the 20s. This is truly almost an antique. I found a couple on the internet. The handle does turn the barrel, and the barrel goes up and down. The Buddy L markings are on the bottom of the item, you can see the Buddy L mark in the last two photos. I can not make out the model that is why I think it is the 30s. Super collectable Toy!!!
