The products in the image are Brown Bag Cookie Art cookie and craft molds. These stoneware molds, produced by Lucy Natkiel from 1983 until her retirement in 2006, are popular with collectors and bakers. They can be used for making cookies, as well as hand-cast paper ornaments, molded chocolates, and other crafts.
The molds in the image appear to be a rectangular "cut-apart" mold and two separate gingerbread house molds. The "cut-apart" molds are designed to create a single large cookie with multiple designs that can be cut apart before or after baking. Brown Bag Cookie Art molds were made by hand in Hill, New Hampshire, and are known for their distinctive color, which comes from the iron particles in the clay.
