The brass seagull sculpture is by Curtis Jeré (C. Jeré), the professional name and compound pseudonym of metal artists Curtis Freiler and Jerry Fels. The "C. Dere" signature you see is almost certainly "C. Jere" in a stylized script, a common signature found on their works.
Hard to find these pieces for sale. I have had this in my family for along time my mom purchased in 1971 . Can ship fast and safe . Very cool piece of mid century art
