This OG Xbox (Revision 1.4) has been fully refurbished, with a cleaning, new thermal paste, and more, it's been fitted with a 500GB SATA drive holding 201 Xbox and 212 N64 games.
The DVD Drive works, I recapped it, gave it a clean, replaced the pulley belt, and greased it with White Lithium grease so that it would open and close smoothly. Yes, it reads discs.
I 3D-Printed a Halo-Themed Jewel for the Xbox as it (In it's former condition) came without one. I also cleaned the whole shell and conditioned the plastic, as a 20+ year old console comes with some scuffing. In my opinion, it looks a lot better than it did when I first got it.
