This pin has been in my collection since I purchased it at the archives at Ronald Reagan library. It has sat on a personal pin board. Please look at the photos very carefully for condition and wear. I believe this is a rare and hard to find pin so the price reflects that but I’m very open to offers - message me. The hinge is more lenient rather than stiff so please take that into consideration
