This is a Department 56 North Pole Village KOLD Radio lighted building. It is a collectible item that was introduced in May 2003 and retired in December 2004.
Part of the whimsical North Pole Village collection.
Features a detailed building with a large radio tower and satellite dish.
Includes a small animated interior scene with a DJ.
The product description mentions that Santa's bag contains a small radio tuned to the local North Pole station
Box does show some wear and tear from being in my grandmother garage for many years. She had quiet a collection but no where to display. So this was never taken out of box or displayed. Item is in mint cond and was never taken out of the box or displayed. Has the cord and all intended parts and pieces including paperwork. Nothing is missing or tampered with. She was the one owner. The original price was $60 back in 2003.
