Rare DVD season one BUDGIE.
The first season of the British TV series Budgie aired on the ITV network from 1971 to 1972. The show follows the story of Ronald "Budgie" Bird, a Cockney petty criminal, and his involvement in scams and get-rich-quick schemes. The first episode of the series is titled "Out". In this episode, Budgie is released from prison and tasked with looking after Charity, a stripper for Charlie Endell. Budgie and his friend Grogan accidentally steal a van full of pornographic magazines from the police and try to destroy the evidence by burning them on a cricket field.
