Danner USMC RAT Temperate Boot Late Version (Made in 2009)
This is a Danner RAT boot.
Size is US7, which is 25.0 cm in Japanese size.
I believe this is a rare size.
I purchased this new and wore it only once or twice for touring, so it's almost unused.
U.S. Marine Corps issue model.
Waterproof specification (GORE-TEX liner).
For temperate climates (not an extreme cold weather model).
Vibram USMC combat tread.
Sole is "late model specification".

Reason for no GORE-TEX marking:

Around this time (2009), many U.S. Marine Corps RAT boots, despite having a GORE-TEX liner, were made without external markings.

Actual military issue items differ in markings from commercial versions to avoid trademarks.
