Gorgeous black midi dress with a colorful floral paisley pattern featuring a high ruffle neck, smocked bodice and short flutter sleeves. Back zip with hook and eye closure. Ruffle around waistline and bottom hem. Metallic gold pinstripes run vertically down the shell. Garment has been hand washed and comes from a nonsmoking pet-friendly home. I bought this new at ModCloth and wore twice. The shell is a sheer lightweight flowy chiffon and (besides the smocked bodice) is not stretchy. Fully lined.
