Wax paper backings are 3.25" H x 2.5" W.
Stickers fits in standard card top loaders.
Condition:
Very Good to Excellent. Unused and still attached to its original backing. When issued these stickers had a top layer of wax paper over them that paper was removed to reveal the sticker. Sticker and wax paper backing have minor surface and edge wear.
