LBT Medical Pouch LBT-9022B-T [Mass Grey]

This is the "Small Blow-Out Kit Pouch" from LBT (London Bridge Trading), a military brand that supplies products to military and law enforcement agencies, government organizations, and more around the world.

This medic pouch is used by various units, including Navy SEALs, MARSOC, Delta Force, and the FBI. Photos of soldiers with this pouch attached to their waists can be seen in numerous media outlets.

The opening is an open-top design without a flap. The pouch opens fully when you pull the wire threaded through the eight tabs at the top from the middle, causing the contents to spill out (blow out). This design allows you to quickly retrieve the contents with one hand in case of injury.

The back has two MOLLE-compatible straps and a 6cm wide belt loop, so it can be used even if you don't have a platform with PALS webbing.

I have stored it after purchase with little use, so I think it has no signs of use.

It's made very sturdy.
