These are various parts and pieces from different Lego sets.
The alien conquest set is missing the manual and is incomplete. I do believe it also has some pieces mixed in that aren't for that set.
The rest is completely random. Some things are halfway put together while others are loose pieces.
I tried to make sure everything is Lego, but some non Lego pieces may be mixed in.
