Stunning vintage formal dress made in California, featuring bold black fabric with gold polka dot front panels and sheer polka dot puff sleeves. Designed with classic 1980s shoulder pads, ruched black side panels for a flattering silhouette, and a sweetheart neckline with a keyhole back. The back fastens with two buttons, and the polka dots measure approximately ½ inch in diameter. Fully lined, 100% polyester.
