Vintage Nike bubble light up display sign.
The original store owner I bought this from said they had rewired it back in the early 2000’s because the long bulbs were too expensive for them to keep replacing so they used these bulbs instead. If i was you (this is what i was planning on doing if i kept it). Is to buy led strip light and install it on the inside so it’ll last a long time and be much brighter that way. There are some scratches on the black part too as shown. Probably could be colored in if needed
