This is a vintage Paolo Romero 925 sterling silver abalone shell and purple cubic zirconia pendant necklace.
READ: LOOKS LIKE SOME GLUE RESIDUE ON THE BACKS OF THE CZ STONES. Might have been reglued at one point.
