Rare Example of the "Electric Scientific" Covered Bowl.
Dating to the early 20th century, this bowl is debossed on the bottom, "Electric Scientific" surrounding a Fist Holding Lightening Bolts. It was probably given away to help promote the introduction of electric stoves.
This beauty features a Double Rick-Rack Pattern on the Overhanging Rim in Blue, and a White Body of Lattice Hosting a Flower in Each Opening. The original lid repeats the lattice work and flowers in an elongated pattern. Bowl is 11 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall.
