**Product Features**
This large-aperture lens has a substantial weight, making it feel like a solid block of glass.
Unlike its predecessor, the "FL 58mm F1.2," which used thorium in some of its optical elements and thus suffered from yellowing over time, this lens does not.
For an old lens of this class, the focus at maximum aperture is quite sharp. Sharpness and contrast improve dramatically from around F2.8, resulting in crisp images.

*The mount for this lens is FL mount, which is almost the same as FD mount. When using a mount adapter, please use one for FD.*

There is no mold or clouding. Slight wiping marks can be seen when a strong light is shone on the lens, but they do not affect the images. The lens is also clear.
There is some dust and debris inside the lens due to use.
