This 1950 Fawcett is a VERY RARE comic book that would be a great addition for baseball and/or comic book collectors. This issue particularly emphasizes Robinson's character, versatility as an athlete, his historic meeting with Branch Rickey, his leadership, and entrance to the minor and major leagues, etc.
The pictures are vivid and the comic book is in good condition considering its age. The only missing pieces are small tears on the right-hand side of the cover and there are small tears on this same side on some pages, plus tiny tears on the back cover. The binding is detached, but this would not be noticeable without special attention to that detail.
