This Lladro porcelain figurine titled "Kitty Confrontation" (model #1442) depicts a cat curiously observing a frog on a lily pad, surrounded by delicate porcelain flowers.
This piece is over 40 years old and curio kept in perfect condition. No cracks, flaws, breaks or defects noted. Please see all pics. Delicate flowers surrounding the kitty are completely in tact making this rare piece an exceptional find.
Original retail price from Lladro $450. This piece has since been retired.
Handmade in Spain.
Sculpted by Juan Huerta.
Issued in 1983 and retired in 1991.
Features a matte finish.
Dimensions are approximately 3.5" x 4.75".

Made of porcelain and hand-painted.
Fired in a kiln at over 1300°C for about 24 hours.
