This is an autographed Hall of Fame plaque card signed by legendary catcher and longtime MLB executive Rick Ferrell. Ferrell played for the St. Louis Browns, Washington Senators, and Detroit Tigers, and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984.
I personally obtained this autograph on July 19, 1991, during Hall of Fame Induction Weekend in Cooperstown, NY — the same year Rod Carew was honored. There was a special autograph session for kids 12 and under, and my baby face helped me blend in. I proudly walked away with this signature that weekend.
