Purchased from S&G Esantogurafu in Akiba. Size is L-R (Large Regular), and it's new, only tried on. However, it has been modified with Velcro for attaching a patch on the left shoulder (image 4) and the removal of the pockets on the front hem. I was trying to create a look inspired by a certain special forces unit, but ultimately gave up because I couldn't get the rest of the gear.
