This motion-activated animatronic doll was sold by Spirit Halloween during the 2009 to 2011 Halloween seasons. Its features include a green-skinned baby with red hair, wearing a white dress. When activated, its head spins around, its eyes glow red, and it makes crying and other sounds. The prop requires three AA batteries, which are not included.
The prop was also known by the name Bethany Hulka.
The doll has the right leg not attached. I simply place it beside her under dress and you can't tell at all. Extremely rare. All works well. Head rotated 360 all away around !
