These are slightly used and have been sitting inside for awhile. The caps are stuck. I don’t have the tools to open them. You can open them using air can and freeze the cap then twist.
Since I can’t open them I can’t tell you the condition of the paint but they look ok when I shook the bottles.
Don’t buy if you are expecting brand new or don’t want to put in effort to open them
