This 3-in-1 style jacket from The Children's Place has an outer, darker navy blue shell that's water and wind-resistant. Designed to be worn on its own as a rain or wind jacket, or for warmer say the inner, brighter blue fleece jacket zips out & can be worn separately as a lighter jacket. When zipped together, the two layers combine to form a heavy, insulated winter coat suitable for cold & snowy conditions.
