100% authentic Tiffany & co. Vintage 925 Sterling silver medium keyhole heart lock necklace in excellent preloved condition. Pendant measures approx 22mm wide, necklace measures approx 18in long, includes original pouch.
*pls note*: the original chain did not come with the heart pendant, so I purchased a high quality italian 925 Sterling silver chain (stamped) to place it on that measures approx 18 in (see last photo). The clasp will either be the shown lobster clasp or a round spring clasp, but the chain and the Italy stamp are the same.
In excellent preloved condition. May show minor scratching on the pendant though I did my best to gently buff them out. Finished it off with a polish to leave it looking shiny and tarnish free/looks practically new again!!
