This is the Special Edition and is extremely rare to find in this condition, I haven't seen any like it. 95 MINT, Uncirculated, Archival and Gold badge!
Note: in the 4th photo you can see a small line by my thumb on the back of the plastic protective case - bubbles and lines like this are common for grading companies when molding the plastic cases. Has absolutely no impact on the game itself and cannot be felt with a fingernail. Also very hard to see unless you angle it just right in decent lighting.
VGA (better than WATA) graded it a 95 MINT & Uncirculated. Meaning no one but the VGA grader who had gloves on has ever touched this box. It was taken straight from the supplier. Also given the Gold badge and "Archival" title.
