U.S. Military Coyote Brown GI Cot Compatible Insect Net Tent Pop-Up Bed Net

This is a one-person insect-repelling pop-up tent from the U.S. military, a 2005 issue item. The fiberglass frame has been repaired in two places.

Size: Approximately 216 cm × 70 cm

To ensure it can be set up on top of a G.I. cot, the side of the main body is equipped with quick-release straps to secure it to the frame. The material is ripstop nylon, treated for insect resistance.

The insect net opens from both sides with a wire zipper, and the center has a strap with a hook and string to secure the opened netting. There appear to be no tears (as of December 2024).

As this is a military-used item, there may be signs of wear such as scratches, scuffs, dirt, frayed netting, holes, repair marks, patches, or leftover debris inside.

Due to the repairs involving the fiberglass, we have not tested folding it into thirds; it will be shipped simply by twisting and folding it in half.

No tests have been conducted regarding insect repellent effectiveness or product performance, so no guarantees can be provided.
