Vintage African Moroccan Tbilat Double Drum Handmade Earthenware Leather Tan
Experience the beauty and culture of Morocco with this vintage African Moroccan Drum Set, dating back to the 1960s. Handmade and hand-painted in Marrakech, Northern Africa, this Tbilat drum set is made of earthenware with a stretched leather rawhide top. Measuring 5 1/2 H" x 7.5" W (both drums together), this percussion instrument resembles bongos and tabla and produces a rich and unique sound. Although the leather material is uncertain if it's goat or camel, it adds to the charm and authenticity of this vintage masterpiece. While it's in good vintage condition, there are some signs of wear/age on the leather, paint, and under the base. Please refer to all images to see the marks.
