This is a tin toy of a Silver Pigeon scooter released by Bandai (formerly Bandaiya) in the 1960s.
There is little rust, and the friction mechanism works smoothly.
The rubber on the handlebars is also present.
Unfortunately, although barely noticeable, one of the rear wheel hubcaps is missing.
There is no box.
The total length is approximately 24 cm and the height is approximately 12 cm.
