Vintage Coach Chelsea Tote 6006 Leather Large Travel Bag Purse Shoulder

This is a very rare and elegant vintage Coach "Chelsea Tote" with the creed number J8C-6006. The style number is #6006. The color is black. It was produced in one of the the original Coach USA factories in Oct 1998. The bag measures 14” wide at the bottom x 10.5” tall x 6.5” thick, and is a two-handled top-handle bag with a handle drop between 11" and 13", depending on how you adjust it. It can also be worn as a shoulder bag. There is a slip pocket on the front and back of the bag, and a zipper pocket inside. The inside contains 3 separate compartments (one of which is zippered). The hardware is brass. The hang tag is present. This is the large version of the "Chelsea Satchel". This large carry-all tote is in fabulous condition, and would make a very roomy travel tote, laptop tote, business tote, etc.I think they only made this style for a short time, because in my years of Coach collecting, I have only seen a few of these available.
