plush elephant is about 2.5 in tall by about 6.5 by 1 in, dumbbell flying is about 3 inches by 5 in by 4 inches, does have damage on his right back foot, looks like he was sitting on something but still is a good ornament, would need to be restrung and fixed as string is broken, smaller elephant is about 3.5-in tall by 2 in x 2 in, does have a lot of discoloration on ornament otherwise no other problems
