The figure is brand new but it's important for me to note she has a dent in her box. otherwise no flaws. she's never been opened but do note she is a resin figure that is very fragile so I cannot 100% guarantee that you won't have to glue some pieces back together on her but she's packed very well to hopefully prevent that. I will ship her through ups rather than usps as I believe they handle fragile packages better.
